Meet Amy

Amy Riccardi is an entrepreneur and educator who grew up in Houston, Texas. She is the founder and CEO of Leadership Evolution Group, a human capital consulting firm that she started in 2001. Amy also serves as an Adjunct Professor at the Costello College of Business at George Mason University (GMU) and is a published co-author.

She received her bachelor’s degree in communications from the University of North Texas, where she was a Division I volleyball setter and a member of Kappa Kappa Gamma Fraternity. Amy also holds a master’s degree in education from GMU.

While raising her kids, Amy served as a club volleyball coach and a USA Volleyball referee. As an alumna, Amy has held numerous volunteer leadership positions over the last three decades with Kappa Kappa Gamma. Currently, she serves on the Board of Directors of Loudoun Youth, Inc.

She and her husband have lived in Sterling since 2009 and have four grown children in their blended family. They also have a four-year-old Goldendoodle and a two-year-old Sheepadoodle.
